A Reimagining and Fortification of an Advancement Program

The confluence of organizational changes signals an opportunity for an expanded vision to achieve a deeper impact. Dr. David Bryfman, Jewish Education Project's visionary CEO, hired Andrea Wasserman to reimagine its advancement program and lay a strong foundation for high-growth.

Drawing upon expertise in organizational development and pursuit of fundraising excellence, Andrea led a collaborative process to overhaul resource development with TJEP's professional leadership team, Board, funders, and stakeholders.  The new advancement plan yielded campaign strategies, messaging, and guidance on pipeline development, donor engagement, and stewardship for transformational fundraising results.

With a successful track record in the design and practical application of advancement plans, Andrea extended this engagement to successfully onboard a newly recruited dynamic Chief Advancement Officer and provide thought-partnership to her, the development team, and the organization's CEO. Despite the challenges of the day, TJEP has found phenomenal success in securing unprecedented philanthropic investments to fuel its growth, including a recent seven-figure gift.
